The Butchery Suite

Our state-of-the-art Butchery is fully equipped with all of the facilities you would expect to find in a commercial butchery outlet. This bespoke suite is available to hire as an extension of your own butchery or to deliver training.

These excellent facilities are used to butcher and prepare meats served at our onsite café – Cafe Verde.
